2025 Peak Season Surcharges

Due to FedEx, UPS, and USPS surcharges, we are applying a $2.00 surcharge to drop ship and one-day shipping orders received between November 3, 2025 and January 18, 2026. Orders shipping back to your studio address on-file without added one-day shipping will not incur any Peak Season Surcharge this year.

Shipping back to you (Studio Shipping)
Orders that include Free Two-Day Shipping
- Most orders with free shipping require a $18 order minimum. If your order is under $18, a charge will be added to make the total $18 before any additional packaging, expedited shipping, or taxes
- Free shipping by a service that will arrive within two shipping days after leaving our facility. Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days.
- Shipping transit time and upgrades only affect shipping times, not in process production times
- Standard one-day shipping is available for $3.95 + 12% of your order cost (not available in all areas)
- Priority one-day shipping is available for $6.95 + 18% of your order cost
- Saturday delivery is included, if available, with the purchase of priority one-day shipping
Orders that include Free Ground Shipping
- Most orders with free shipping require a $18 order minimum. If your order is under $18, a charge will be added to make the total $18 before any additional packaging, expedited shipping, or taxes
- Free shipping by a ground-based service where the number of shipping days will vary depending on the distance from our facility. Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days.
- Shipping transit time and upgrades only affect shipping times, not in process production times
- Two-day shipping is available for 15% of your order cost
- Standard one-day shipping is available for $3.95 + 22% of your order cost (not available in all areas)
- Priority one-day shipping is available for $6.95 + 28% of your order cost
- Saturday delivery is included, if available, with the purchase of priority one-day shipping
Orders that include Free One-Day Shipping
- Free shipping by a service that will arrive within one shipping day after leaving our facility. Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days.
- Guaranteed Priority one-day shipping, including Saturday delivery if available, can be purchased for $5.95.
Shipping direct to your client (Drop Shipping)
- Shipping your order to an address other than the address on file for your account is called drop shipping and is available for $7.95 per order
- No invoice will be included and there is no mention of WHCC anywhere on the box or paperwork
- This basic drop ship is for the lowest cost shipping service, generally FedEx Ground Economy, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, UPS Mail Innovations, or by the USPS.
- Orders with the basic drop ship will have the $18 minimum order fee waived, allowing for orders with shipping under $18.
- Expedited shipping is available for drop ships at the same upgrade rates as above plus the $7.95 drop ship fee. These orders are subject to the $18 minimum before any expedited shipping charges are added.
Restrictions
A single order cannot be split into multiple delivery locations for standard shipments. Multiple orders cannot be combined into a single drop ship package.
