Accepted Files
Prepare your work for printing by saving high-quality JPEG files with an embedded color profile.
- Export files tagged with an RGB Color Profile—P3, Adobe RGB, and sRGB are all great options.
- We recommend saving your files at a JPEG quality of 10 or higher in Photoshop, 90% in Lightroom, or the equivalent in your editing tool.
- Most products are printed at 300 DPI, and we’ll automatically resize your files for printing. For more precise control, you can resize your files and apply any sharpening before submitting.

About Promotional Cards
From package pricing to session guides, you can use promotional card options as an affordable way to share details and showcase your photo style. Our large postcard options make great art prints or gifts for your clients. Or use a smaller size to promote yourself with gift certificate designs for a future session or to gain new clients.

After the 25 card minimum, cards are sold in increments 25 when ordered in ROES.
When ordering via ROES, we can only accept one design per order. If you would like multiple designs, please place individual orders for each design.
Deliver orders directly to your clients with our drop shipping service. No invoice will be included, and there is no mention of WHCC anywhere on the box or paperwork.
This service is available for $7.95 per order, with the option to upgrade shipping speeds in most areas.
