Accepted Files
Prepare your work for printing by saving high-quality JPEG files with an embedded color profile.
- Export files tagged with an RGB Color Profile—P3, Adobe RGB, and sRGB are all great options.
- We recommend saving your files at a JPEG quality of 10 or higher in Photoshop, 90% in Lightroom, or the equivalent in your editing tool.
- Most products are printed at 300 DPI, and we’ll automatically resize your files for printing. For more precise control, you can resize your files and apply any sharpening before submitting.
We always want your image to print perfectly. When placing an order for Fine Art Canvas, be sure to choose whether you want the image optimized for Color or for Black and White. The Black and White workflow ensures all color is removed from your image and you receive the most neutral black and white print.
Our Fine Art Canvas Prints have a tight and consistent weave that matches the texture most people think of for an artistic canvas.

A matte finish providing the least amount of reflection.
Portrait Canvas
The ideal canvas option if you’re looking for a traditional spray canvas or considering brush stroking over an image.
- Choose between Giclée or Peeled & Pressed Portrait Canvas.
- Standard sizes up to 40×60" and custom sizes obtainable upon request.
- Select frame moulding styles are also available.
Mounting
Our prints can be mounted on a variety of substrates, providing a sturdy backing that makes them easy to frame or display.
Matboard
A heavyweight, dry-mount board at an economical price. Over time, some warping may occur due to its fiber-based nature. For this reason, we do not offer this option at large sizes.
Size Limit: Available on sizes 16×20" and smaller
Styrene
Styrene is our most popular mounting substrate, available in 3mm white and black. Made from plastic, it is not susceptible to warping.
Thickness: 3mm
Foamboard
Foamboard is ¼" thick and available in white and black. The foam material is encased in a durable plastic shell and can be the perfect lightweight solution for inserting in frames.

Masonite
This traditional mounting surface provides a heavy-duty and long-lasting substrate. Our Masonite comes in the standard ⅛" size and is perfect for the high-end market.

Canvas Stretcher Frame
The canvas is printed and then stretched around a ¾" frame and stapled to the sides. The image does not wrap around the sides of the frame. It is only visible on the front of the stretcher frame, unlike our Gallery Wrap wall art product.
